Rueben
The grandson of Daniel (Ellie’s People, book 4), Rueben loves the Amish way of life, especially the horses. He feels secure in his close-knit family and community. As Rueben grows up, he is caught between the expectations of his parents and his desire to prove himself to his friends. Rueben takes great satisfaction in his first horse, Princess.
